At this point, yes. We will only make lunch for the number pre-registered, so they may not receive lunch. The late registration fee, after September 30th, is $125.

  • Will this workshop be too scientific for the average person to grasp?

This workshop will provide nutrition information for the average person, as well as the scientific evidence that health professionals want. The cooking demonstration will be useful for anyone who cooks. There will be an opportunity for you to ask questions, so if you don’t understand something, please ask.

Yes. Lunch will be served buffet-style and there will be vegan and gluten-free options.
