This workshop will provide nutrition information for the average person, as well as the scientific evidence that health professionals want. The cooking demonstration will be useful for anyone who cooks. There will be an opportunity for you to ask questions, so if you don’t understand something, please ask.
- Is it possible to get a vegan lunch? Gluten-free?
Yes. Lunch will be served buffet-style and all of Rebecca’s recipes we are using are delicious and nutritious vegan and gluten-free.
- Are there scholarships available?
We have a limited number of scholarships available for cancer patients, survivors, and their families and support people, who are financially challenged. Sorry — it’s too late to receive a scholarship. Applications were due by April 23rd.
- I can’t come on May 5th. Will this workshop be repeated?
It is being offered on August 4th in Eureka, CA, with Rebecca Katz and Lise Alschuler, ND. Dr. Alschuler will teach the part in Eureka that Jeanne Wallace, PhD, is teaching in Los Gatos, CA, and Portland, OR.

- If I sign up for Continuing Education, when will I receive my certificate?
It will be available for you to pick up at the end of the workshop. Please be sure to sign-in for Continuing Education between 8 — 9 am.

Parking is free. There will be signs directing you to the parking area.
